Started back in 2013 when our founder got tired of watching smart companies struggle with dumb processes. The idea was simple: bring in someone from outside who could actually see what was happening. No corporate jargon. No ten-year transformation roadmaps. Just practical fixes that work. We've grown quietly — by referrals mostly — helping 47 clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and services sort out their operations. We've stayed small on purpose. Bigger lets us stay nimble.
